At Pro-Watch we are pleased to be able to offer you the services of our own 'in-house' event coordinator!

Dave Locke has been involved in the food & beverage industry for the past 40 years, based in Southern California, working with various corporations that have owned or managed various restaurants across the country. Since relocating to the desert full time a number of years ago, Dave now focuses on his own consulting business, working with a variety of restaurant concepts and smaller chains assisting them with their product development, menu updating and revisions and product sourcing and purchasing.

We are pleased to be able to offer Dave's services to assist you in finding just the right sources to make your event in the desert extra special. From small family dinners to larger celebrations, Dave will be happy to 'point you in the right direction' to ensure your event is successful and memorable.

Shopping Services

Arrive at your vacation property to find it 'fully stocked' and ready for your stay. We will have all of the food and beverage items 'on your list' stocked and ready for your arrival so you do not waste any of your vacation hours in the grocery store.

Restaurant Recommendations & Reservations

Have a specific dining preference? We are most familiar with the restaurant options in the valley and can point you in the right direction of a restaurant that will best suit your needs - from romantic tables for two, to coordinating larger groups.

In-House Catering

From a small intimate dinner party to larger celebrations, we can offer you a variety of options to suit your needs, all prepared and served at your property while you relax by the pool!

Off-Site Event Planning

Need a special venue for your event, we can provide you with options that will make you and your guests experience in the desert a memorable one.
